Discount policy
The performance of "Chang Hen Ge" is a commercial performance. Children under 1.3 meters tall can watch the performance for free when accompanied by parents without occupying a seat. One adult can bring one child under 1.3 meters tall for free. Children over 1.3 meters tall need to purchase full-price tickets. The elderly, military officers, children, etc. need to purchase tickets normally. Children over 1.3 meters tall are the same price as adults!

01 Performance tickets can be booked online in advance with real-name registration, and can be exchanged for seat vouchers with ID cards.
02 After the ticket is successfully booked, present your ID card at the manual window of the East Gate of Huaqing Palace Scenic Area to exchange for a seat voucher. The first show will queue for security check and enter from the West Gate 30 minutes before the performance, and other shows will take tickets at the East Gate and enter the park. If the ID does not match, entry will be denied.

Ticket purchase tips

[Real-name ticket collection] When placing an order, fill in the ID card, passport, Hong Kong and Macau pass, Taiwan compatriot pass, etc. of the viewer. Show the filled-in document to exchange for a ticket, or show the electronic document photo, driver's license, social security card to the window. Children over 1.3 meters tall without documents need to fill in the ID card number when purchasing tickets, and show the parent's ID card to the staff to report the child's ID card number when collecting tickets.

[Seat number] When placing an order, you can choose the area, but not the seat number. The seat number is automatically assigned by the computer and is not related to the ticket collection time. Customer service cannot see the seat number. You can only see it when you print the seat number at the window on the day of the performance. You need to sit in the designated seat. Usually, seats in the same order are usually together, occasionally in front and back rows or separated by aisles. Please be informed!

Huaqing Pool Scenic Area ticket = Visiting Huaqing Pool Scenic Area (about 2-3 hours)
In other words: If you only watch the evening performance of Chang Hen Ge, you do not need to purchase a ticket for Huaqing Palace Scenic Area, but you can only enter the park 30 minutes before the performance starts, walk along the designated route to the seat of Chang Hen Ge, and cannot visit the scenic area.
If you want to visit Huaqing Palace Scenic Area during the day, you need to purchase a separate ticket: 120 yuan/adult, 60 yuan/student, and high school students are exempt from 60 yuan for visiting the scenic area until August 31. The park closes at 17:40 in summer and 17:00 in winter.
One hour before the first show of Chang Hen Ge, Huaqing Palace Scenic Area will be cleared, and all viewers need to queue outside the scenic area for security check before re-entering to watch the performance.

[Rainy days] Generally, the performance will continue as scheduled even in rainy or snowy weather (artificial rain is needed even if it doesn't rain). Disposable long raincoats will be provided for free after entering the venue. Umbrellas are not allowed during the performance. Visitors who mind watching the performance in rainy weather should check the weather forecast in advance before purchasing tickets! The performance is an outdoor performance at the foot of the mountain, and the temperature is relatively low, so please keep warm. If the performance is canceled, the audience can reschedule or get a full refund through the original ticket purchase channel.

[Parking] There are four large parking lots in Zones A, B, C, and D of Huaqing Palace, all of which are 400 meters away from the ticket window of the East Gate. The parking fee for small cars is 20 yuan/vehicle with no time limit. Zone A (near the East Gate) is an above-ground parking lot, Zone B (near the East Gate) is an underground parking lot, Zone C (near the West Gate) is an indoor above-ground parking lot, and Zone D (near the West Gate) is a parking lot for large vehicles. The parking fee for large vehicles should be paid according to the marked price of the parking lot!
